Collingwood and British Idealism Conference

CALL FOR PAPERS

We are pleased to announce that The Collingwood and British Idealism Centre and the British Idealism Specialist Group of the Political Studies Association are holding a conference at Gregynog Hall, Tregaron, nr. Newtown, Powys, Wales. The conference will begin at 2-00pm on 16th and finish at 2-00pm on 18th December. The cost is £170 (£90 for postgraduates), for two nights accommodation, and all meals including Christmas dinner on 17th December with wine.

 

Papers on any aspect of Idealism are welcome.

 

The keynote speaker: Professor James Spates, discussing the relationship between W. G. Collingwood and John Ruskin commemorating the bequest by Janet Gnosspelius of her grandfather’s papers to the Collingwood Society.
