Join us for an engaging Breakfast Briefing that brings together creativity, behavioural insight and real-world impact.
Dan Cullen-Shute and Stu Outhwaite-Noel* used to run an advertising agency together. They did a lot of things they're quite proud of in that time, including ads for Adidas, Carling, the Green Party, the British Red Cross, and Tetley Tea. Alongside all of that though, they also persuaded an awful lot of businesses to pay people properly - and in doing so, created a whole new school of behavioural science and gave it a catchy name. And while it's important to note that neither of them are behavioural scientists, and that the 'new school of behavioural science' claim is nigh on impossible to validate, what's inarguable is that it works, that creative industries in the UK have been changed as a result, and that also, incidentally, the Archbishop of Canterbury is a big fan.
*don't let the double-barrelled surnames fool you: they're a Welshman and a Geordie, and neither are remotely posh.
Informal, thought-provoking and grounded in practical experience, this session will offer fresh perspectives on behaviour, incentives and how small changes can drive meaningful impact.
Please either join us in-person or online. During the registration process, you'll be given the option to choose how you'd prefer to join us for the session.
