The session led to some great conversations and in the following 18 months, the team have refined their approach and greatly expanded their reach, culminating in the publishing of their new book ‘Under Investigation’.
The work proposes a shift in mindset that prioritises employee wellbeing alongside the application of disciplinary policies and processes within organisations and businesses beyond a healthcare context.
You’re invited to join us for this special Business Breakfast Briefing, which will:
- Explore the wider impact and costs of poorly commissioned and managed disciplinaries;
- Consider new approaches to applying disciplinary policy and process;
- Highlight how organisations are taking a ‘last resort’ approach and pursuing informal alternatives first.
Please either join us in-person or online. During the registration process, you'll be given the option to choose how you'd prefer to join us for the session.
